The Saudi Energy Efficiency Center is continuously promoting e-participation, and the consultation on electronic platforms aims to better accommodate the needs of the community to meet the aspirations of beneficiaries more efficiently, by developing the user experience and facilitating access to digital services.
Improving the user experience, raising the efficiency of using digital platforms, and directing future development plans based on feedback from beneficiaries.
