The project aims to establish regulatory controls for the governance of requests for the removal of Board members by the ordinary general assembly, in addition to developing the regulatory framework for determining the value of distributable profits. The main elements of the project are as follows: 1- Clarifying the rules applicable to a request submitted by one or more shareholders to remove members of the board of directors by the ordinary general assembly, and specifying the obligations of the board upon receiving such a request. 2- Developing the provisions related to distributable profits and the distribution of interim dividends.
