The project aims to establish comprehensive legal frameworks and protocols that must be adhered to by establishments in the event of food poisoning occurrences or suspicions therefore, in agreement with Ministry of Municipalities and Housing. Furthermore, it aims to enforce compliance by imposing penalties on non-adherent .through the issuance of a schedule of sanctions for food poisoning incidents
